CHENNAI: K Mohan, a second year engineering student, can give prison officials a hand in battling the problem of mobile phones being smuggled into prisoners' cells. He had developed a mobile detector that can find a cell phone within a range of 5 metres, and farther when fitted with a Zigbee sensor.
